- 2 heads romaine (cut in half horizontally)
- olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp. butter (softened)
- 2 Tbsp. white miso paste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley (minced)

Directions
- Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients with a fork. Set aside until ready to use.
- Brush cut side of romaine lightly with olive oil. Grill, cut-side down on preheated Grill for 3-5 minutes, until edges are charred and romaine is crisp-tender.
- Remove from Grill with tongs and arrange on serving platter. Drizzle with Miso Butter, sprinkle with peanuts and dust with fresh lemon zest.
