We enjoyed it but there was little flavor. The Rockfish cooked on the grill was very good used lower temp 300 degrees and longer very moist. I do believe the marinating contributed to the moist fish. I will look to modify this by chopping the basil not cooking it with the butter but adding it at the end with fresh lemon. Will continue with the butter sauce as well.
