- 1 tsp. ground cumin (freshly)
- 1 tsp. bitter chocolate (powder)
- 3 Tbsp. rosewater
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

- black pepper
- 6 Tbsp. jam (rose petal, from Turkish Grocers or substituted by 125gr apricot Jam diluted with 3 tbsp rose water)
- 1 large garlic clove (crushed to a paste with salt)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
