very good, i actually made these well before i saw the recipe. the only other thing i did was i sliced them to about a quarter inch thickness then added the oil salt and pepper pepper and Grill them.
I did not see that suggestion in his description of directions they were delicious

I'm a little clumsy when turning pieces over and a few fall through the grill. I grew up as a Boy Scout and don't mind a little ash and dirt on my food, so I fished them out and ate it anyway. I think I prefer thicker slices as too thin become tough and chewy. Aside from the aforementioned flaws I think it's a fun food and I like it .
Since I started using Yummly, I am trying new recipes, new things, and new techniques. There is a learning curve and I am enjoying the experience.😃😃😃😃
