Tastes like steak!!!!!! Yummy. I only marinaded the mushrooms for 30 mins while I made a salad and they were plenty juicy.

I made this on my George Foreman grill and it was delicious!! Followed recipe for marinade but grilled for 4 minutes on my indoor grill. I made open faced sandwiches on toasted ciabatta rolls. Super easy, super fast, super delicious! This will be enjoyed again and again.
