  • 1/2 pork (any part that you like, bits with fat taste better.)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or white)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic (ground)
  • 3/4 tablespoon ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour (optional)

    Directions

    1. Stir fry coriander, garlic and pepper in vegetable till very hot
    2. Put water, stir, then put sugar and soya sauce, stir until they combine well
    3. Wash and chop pork. The size can be as big or as small as you like but the thickness should be around 50-70 mm. Put them into a deep bowl.
