- 1 Tbsp. tarragon (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. peppers
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme (divided)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 anchovy fillets (drained and finely minced, this really does add to the flavor)
- 3 multi-colored bell peppers (cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.)
- 2 Tbsp. Italian parsley (fresh)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup polenta (not instant)
