Description
Delicious and easy to make skewers with grilled pork tenderloin, and a soy sauce, and garlic dipping sauce. Cook up a huge plate of these for an easy summer appetizer! This recipe is courtesy of Foodness Gracious.

- 2 lb. pork loin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 orange (zest and juice)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. chopped chives
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions
- Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add them to a bowl.
- Add the 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 Tbsp. maple syrup, 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar, orange juice and zest from 1 orange, 2 tsp. minced garlic and 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger to the sliced pork and stir well to fully combine.
- Marinate the pork for at least three hours or overnight if possible.
