Really good, loved the onion taste as well. Not too strong.
I first heard thought that the minimal amount of ingredients would clearly indicate that the recipe be a bit bland but I was wrong. I also left the meat marinade for 24 hours because something came up and I couldn't cook it when I actually wanted too
