    The mojo sauce is very tasty. I used a non prepared tenderloin so I could make my own dry rub. Once the dry rub was on the meat. I left in the fridge to set for 3 hrs. Instead of grilling, I seared the entire tenderloin on a pan with coconut oil for 3 mins each side. I then placed in the oven for 20 mins @ 400 degrees F. I had the meat rest for 5-10 mins before I sliced into medallions. Turned out juicy!
