- 1 can crushed tomatoes (or 3 chopped fresh plum tomatoes- ours weren’t quite ripe enough when I made this batch)
- jalapeno (either fresh chopped or canned)
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (tip: we always get it with “The Mother” for the health benefits)
- 1 red onion (small, chopped)
- 1 orange
- 2 pepper
- 4 pork chops
