Description
Harissa, a hot Tunisian chili paste, gives this salad-topped pizza a good kick. Look for it at specialty foods stores and online. If you don't have time to make your own pizza you can substitute store-bought dough.

- 3 cups all purpose flour (or more, divided)
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (plus additional for brushing)
- 2 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (coarse)
- 6 tsp. harissa (sauce)
- 1 1/2 cups cheese (packed coarsely grated Gruyére, divided)
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly, divided)
- 4 cups baby greens (mixed)
- 1 cup Italian parsley leaves (fresh)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves (coarsely torn)
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (coarsely chopped assorted, such as chives, chervil, tarragon, and dill)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts (lightly toasted)
