- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper (freshly)
- 1/2 pineapple (a medium, skin removed, cored & cut into 1-inch thick slices)
- 1 avocado (ripe, sliced)
- 350 grams lobster meat (cooked, cut into chunks, that’s the meat of about 2 lobsters)
- 2 cucumber (Lebanese, peeled and sliced)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 2 cups Boston lettuce (torn into pieces)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (each, : basil, mint and parsley)
