- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (coarsely ground)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. ground coriander

Directions
- In small bowl stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, pepper, garlic and coriander. Brush chops on all surfaces with soy sauce mixture, set aside.
- Prepare medium-hot fire in kettle-style grill. Grill chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
