- 2 peaches (ripe)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter (cold)
- 1 Tbsp. oats
- 15 chopped almonds
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- mint leaves (to decorate)

Directions
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Grill cut side down for 2 minutes until golden. Turn on the other side, leave for 1 min and remove from heat.
- Prepare the crumble. Mix all the ingredients together. Rub the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Cook the crumble mixture in a hot pan, stirring occasionally. When the almonds start to release a nice smell and the crumbs are golden remove from the heat.
- Sprinkle the grilled peaches with the crumble and decorate with mint leaves.
- For more pleasure serve with a ball of ice cream.
