- 2 Tbsp. white wine (or freshly squeezed lemon juice)
- freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
- 5 slices bacon (cooked and finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup kosher salt (or rock salt to line the pan to stabilize the oysters, optional)
