- 2 cans cooking spray (PAM®, 1 butter flavor and 1 for coating the grill grates)
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1/2 red onion (medium, push the layers apart and cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 2 zucchini squash (small, cut into 1 inch pieces – I cut the squash in half and then sliced 1 inch pieces)
- 1 pkg. mushrooms (fresh whole, 8 ounces)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 tsp. oil (dark sesame seed)
- 4 cloves garlic (or to taste, minced)
- 1/2 bell pepper (red sweet, cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1/2 orange bell pepper (or green, cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 6 ears corn on the cob
- 1/4 cup salt (for corn)
- 2 qt. cold water
