So incredibly good. I hadn't had Mexican since I was a little girl and this tasted even better than I remembered. Will definitely make again.

prep was very easy but the amount per serving was a little to much per cob. Had great taste and will definitely make again!!

Instead of parmesan cheese, I used Cotija cheese and mixed smoked paprika with the chili powder, and yum! Taste exactly like the corn you'd buy from the food trucks. Delicious!

I’ve been grilling for corn for years it’s a summertime addiction. This was ok on the corn but tasted more like a corn chip dip to me, so all the left over mix won’t go to waste

I love the simplicity of this meal. Made it for the co workers and they went nuts lol. Super duper easy and adult and kid friendly

Was a huge hit at an anniversary party I made them for. Let everyone dress the corn themselves so they could close how much chilli powder and other toppings to use which I think was the best way to do it. Highly recommended.

We loved it and won’t make corn any other way! Seriously delicious!! The mayo sour cream mixture was way more than you need for 4 ears, but I just put it in a Tupperware in the fridge for next weekend!! 😃 We use fresh grated parmesan cheese we grate ourselves for the extra freshness! We’ve always grilled corn soaked in water and left in husks during grilling for years and only use butter which is heavenly, but all these sprinkled flavors make is so much more amazing! Now we husk the soaked corn before grilling to get some toasted kernels which just gives it an even more bold tase. Truly a keeper!!

The flavors in this recipe are fantastic! I would say that the sauce is WAY too much for only 4 cobs of corn. I would estimate that you could cover triple that amount. If you can get over having too much sauce, this corn recipe is simply amazing and flavorful!

awesome, used Slap your mama Cajun seasoning instead of chili powder

I made this for our game night/Cinco de Mayo party. Not only was it delicious, it was a beautiful addition to the spread. The only change I made was to the type of cheese I used, instead I used queso fresco and cotija.
