Very simple and tasty. The lime juice added a very slight citrus flavor which was great. I used less cumin and added a bit of smoked paprika to the rub mixture. It was a hit!

INSANELY delicious! Served it with lime cilantro rice…restaurant quality and can’t say enough about how freaking delicious it was

I used a grill pan on the stove and it wasn’t very flavorful. I’ll try again next time I fire up my real grill

Love love love this recipe.
I think it tastes better as I grill the fish.
I use olive oil instead of veg oil and let it marinate a few hours to overnight.
