- 1 sauce (Homemade Tahini, Recipe)
- 3 corn-on-the-cob
- 3 romaine lettuce (heads, trimmed and cut in halves length-wise)
- extra virgin olive oil (I used Greek Private Reserve EVOO)
- kosher salt
- 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)
- 2 green onions (trimmed, and chopped, both white and green parts)
- chopped parsley (Large handful fresh)
- 1 tsp. sumac (or if you like just a tiny bit of heat, use Aleppo pepper)
- 1/2 lemon
