  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (small)
  • 1 onion (medium, cut into thin wedges)
  • 1 yellow squash (small, sliced)
  • 1 zucchini (small, sliced)

    Directions

    1. Mix oil, wine and Seasoning in small bowl. Alternately thread shrimp and vegetables onto skewers. Brush with Seasoning mixture.
    2. Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning frequently.
