- 2 tsp. McCormick Perfect Pinch Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
- 1 lb. large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 cup mushrooms (small)
- 1 onion (medium, cut into thin wedges)
- 1 yellow squash (small, sliced)
- 1 zucchini (small, sliced)

Directions
- Mix oil, wine and Seasoning in small bowl. Alternately thread shrimp and vegetables onto skewers. Brush with Seasoning mixture.
- Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning frequently.
