I tried this recipe last week turned out really well. will be using again. The butter tastes excellent on the lamb and corn as well.

all the flavor is in the butter. marinade the lamb with a different recipe. but the dijon butter is good.

Quite tasty! Great for a quick week night meal. I would recommend warming the butter just a bit before adding to lamb.
