Delicious! juicy, aromatic. I ate half the chicken and realized that it's so good I have to find a way to pass it down!

2019-07-06. Very authentic flavour, delicious added 1 tbsp of grated ginger and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Used 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, did not use scotch bonnets or green onion.
