This is so good! I've been making my own teriyaki sauce for a while now but never thought to add pineapple juice, it's delicious. I reserve 1/2 of the marinade and heat to a boiling and simmer for a bit to thicken it to use as a baste and for extra sauce if needed. I pound the chicken breasts to tenderize and even out and also poke each one with a toothpick several times on each side before putting in a ziplock with the marinade to sit in the fridge overnight. So moist and amazing!
