- 2 cups fresh mango (chopped)
- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed, drained)
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- salt (to taste)
- 6 sausage buns (split)

Directions
- Combine mango, black beans, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt in medium bowl.
- Grill Hot Links™ over medium-low heat according to package directions.
- Place grilled sausages in buns; top generously with mango salsa. Serve any remaining salsa with tortilla chips.

amazing!!! could not believe how the mango salsa went so well with the sausages! I had my doubts but no longer! This is a fast, low ingredient, cheap recipe that anyone can make! highly recommend to give it a shot.
