Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing, plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 5-24 hours.
- Remove chops from marinade (discard remaining marinade). Grill over medium-hot coals, turning as necessary, for about 18-9 minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
