This is the a gourmet sibling to the American grilled cheese sandwich.

- 1 deli ham (Pack of Smoked Sandwhich)
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 slices bread (peferrably Italian)
- crushed red pepper
- Cajun seasoning (Tony's, optional)
- 1/4 stick butter

Directions
- Butter both sides of slices of bread.
- Slice the two cheeses into strips. Placing alternate strips on slices. Put some other slices together for ham.
- In each slice of ham, put two slices of cheese in the middle and wrap the ham around each one.
