- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 chili pepper (pencil, thinly sliced)
- 8 black olives (pitted and thinly sliced)

- 1/2 Tbsp. orange zest
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
