- olive oil
- onion powder (optional, to taste)
- garlic powder (optional, to taste)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lemon
- 20 oz. coleslaw (angel hair, finely shredded green cabbage)
- 1 cup cilantro leaves (chopped after measured)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1/3 tsp. ground ginger (add more or less to taste)
- 1 dash onion powder (and garlic powder)
- roasted peanuts (Chopped, for garnish, optional)
