Really loved this! I used store bought pesto instead of making the arugula pesto. Also put the pesto, mozzarella and peaches on the naan when I flipped it over and let it heat with the toppings. I wanted the cheese to be a little bit melted. I recommend including the balsamic glaze. In hindsight I should have put the peaches on a skewer instead of just putting loosely in the grate. Skewer would make them much easier to turn.
