With my adaptations it was delicious, making it according to recipe would be boring. I marinated the fish in the sauce for a few hours before hand, and then fried it in the pan, making sure the sauce was inside the fish aswell. Hubby loved it and said it was the best trout ever. Served it with polenta fires with goats cheese and a pomegranate yoghurt sauce.
