Came out killer and we’re not cooks. We used fresh caught flounder and about half way through, we swapped out the tortillas for Julio’s tortilla chip and basically made fish nachos. Much better than the tortillas!

Five stars!!!! BUT the sauce makes the dish!!!!!! You must make it. Only changes we made were adding a little oil to the pan and we made a mistake and added two jalapeños to the sauce but it was great because we like heat. But it was very fresh, healthy and quick.
