- 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded, stemmed and minced)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp. lime juice

Excellent recipe! I followed the directions exactly and it was amazing. Loved the fruit salsa! The only thing I will do differently when I make them this week is to leave the tortillas unsalted - it was a bit much for me.
