I made these on my cast iron skillet on medium heat, flipping after 3 minutes. It was too oily for my taste, but other than that, delicious! Maybe I’ll try brushing the oil mixture on next time :)

This was delicious with a great texture to it. It held together well, cut 3/8” thick, and grilled til had crispy grill marks.

Faboulous I grilled in the air fryer and had rotini pasta (greens) , added some mozzarella & it was terrific!
