- 1 avocado (cubed)
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 3/4 cup garbonzo beans (canned, chickpeas, drained and rinsed)
- 4 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. oil (I usually "splash" in place of measuring - we use either olive or grapeseed)
