this recipie is wonderful I also added cucumber and some chopped carrot left in the fridge will make this many times this year! loved it!

This salad is delicious! Nice blend of flavors and refreshing!! Sometimes I add avocado and Cilantro, or rinsed black beans or just halved grape tomatoes. Very versatile..
