Description
This is my version of a marinated grilled salmon which is easy and great choice to impress your guests or your family
Ingredients

8 SERVINGS
- salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp. ginger (ground grated, or powdered)
- 2 tsp. coriander (dried)
- 2 tsp. fresh oregano (you can use dried but fresh is better)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- jalapeno (If your feeling adventurous you can slice a, and put it)
- 8 salmon filets
- 1 Tbsp. corn (startch)

Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl leaving the spices and the corn startch out
- Rub the salmon on the flesh side with the spices(corianderand ginger if powdered same for the oregano),salt and peper
- Cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for 4 to 6 hours
