It was ok! I didn't get the "WOW" I was looking for! Ihad to add some salt. Maybe ill try again...maybe not. For now, its a no, but I will save this for later. Maybe i could use it with Chicken?!?

very light, but delicious! i ended up doubling the recipe for the size of my pork chops, and i only marinaded for about 2 hours. if you want more flavor, definitely let it sit a lot longer
