- 1/2 tsp. chipotle powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin powder
- 8 tortillas (plantain, corn, flour, cassava flour, lettuce wraps, etc)
- purple cabbage (or lettuce, shredded)
- salsa (Avocado Mango Cucumber, see below)
- limes (additional)
- 1 mango (firm but ripe, peeled, pitted and diced)
- 1 avocado (medium, peeled, pitted and diced)
- 1/2 cup Persian cucumber (peeled, diced, regular cucumber will do)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (thinly)

- 1 Tbsp. jalapeño pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/2 red onion (small, instead of the green onion)
