- 4 cups low sodium chicken stock
- 4 Tbsp. miso paste (adjust based on how salty your stock is)
- 1 inch ginger (thumb, thinly sliced)
- spring onion (chopped, to garnish, optional)
- seaweed (strips to garnish, optional)
