This is super flavorful! I only used 1/4 cup pesto total for the chicken and the salad dressing. I added spicy honey to the salad dressing to balance the flavor. I baked the chicken in our toaster over… 350 for about 20 minutes… super moist!
This will be a regular in our home!

Delicious! i made it with Iceberg lettuce and spinach, also added panela cheese instead of feta. It took me 1 hr but it was totally worth

I liked the taste combination of the ingredients. The only issue was the pesto covering burned easily but it didn’t taste burnt
