Good. So good in fact that it wasn’t until it was gone that I realized I forgot the cheese!
I cut my cantaloupe too thin however - make them thick so the pieces don’t get too limp

The melon just didn’t work for me. It just went mushy and was a bit weird. The dressing for this salad is amazing though!

Excellent. I didn’t have enough blueberries for the dressing and still loved it!

Grilled Mellon was very nice. Added some grilled shrimp for a very nice meal.
