Description
Enjoy the flavorful and fiery taste of Cajun barbecue with Grill Mates® Louisiana Cajun Seasoning, a hot and spicy blend of garlic, onion, celery seed, and black and red peppers. For dinner inspired by a Louisiana shrimp boil, toss shrimp, corn and potatoes with the BBQ Seasoning, thread onto skewers with sausage, and grill.

- 1 lb. yellow potatoes (baby)
- 1 lb. shrimp (jumbo, 16 to 20 count, peeled and deveined, tails on)
- 2 ears corn on the cob (fresh, cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Louisiana Cajun Seasoning (2 tbsps Grill Mates)
- 12 oz. smoked sausage (cut into 1-inch slices)

Directions
- Pierce potatoes with a fork. Place potatoes and 2 tablespoons water in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain water. Allow to cool slightly.
- Toss shrimp, corn and potatoes with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning; toss to coat well. Alternately thread shrimp, corn, potatoes and sausage onto skewers.
- Grill over medium heat 12 to 14 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
