This... Wow. now that im getting older I am wanting to try new things. Todays new thing is brussels sprouts. I used these same materials but went by eye. I also did some separate same way but with steak seasoning added. Great! Will do again.

Did the recipe exact and wow, very good I also used natural wood and mesquite chips.I also used more olive oil.
