- 6 green onions (sliced)
- 6 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 tsp. coriander seeds
- 12 oz. guinness (Black Lager)
- 3 lb. chicken (or pork tenderloin or steak)

Directions
- In food processor or blender, pulse green onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, and coriander seeds until smooth. Stir in 12 oz Guinness. Seal in gallon sized plastic bag with 3 lbs chicken, pork tenderloin, or steak. Marinate, refrigerated, for at least 3 hours; turn bag occasionally.
- Grill, covered, on medium 20 - 25 mins, or until cooked through (165F), turning once.
