This was delicious! Did not dry out... even left overs were moist and delicious. Marinated over night. Will definitely make again.

Turned out awesome.
I ended up marinating it over 24 hours as we didn’t have it on the night intended. That did not have any adverse effect on the flavor. I will definitely make it again.
