Directions
- COMBINE mayonnaise and mustard. Spread on bread slices. Place bacon, tomato and avocado between bread slices to form 2 sandwiches.
- HEAT coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 4 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden brown on each side.
