I'm always in the market for vegetarian recipes & this one is a keeper! I made some adjustments to the sauce by adding a teaspoon of spicy brown mustard, fresh chopped ginger & a dash of red pepper flakes. I marianted the tofu for about 5 hours before grilling. (Two minutes per side was perfect.) I garnished with some cilantro when it was done. My husand is not a fan of tofu, but he liked this recipe. I served it on a bed of brown rice & a side of grilled vegetables; fantastic! Will definitely make this again.

would press the liquid out next time before marinating. found out many store brand worcheshtire sause is vegan. nice flavor all around
