- 7/8 cup bbq sauce (see note above + more for drizzling)
- vegan cheese (Shredded, to taste, I used about 1 1/2 cups for 4 quesadillas)
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup green cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 cup red cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 cup carrots (julienned)
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- salt
