- 3/4 cup wish-bone (italian or house italian dressing, divided)
- 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak
- 1 lb. asparagus (trimmed)
- 4 shallots (large, halved, or 1 medium onion, quartered)
- 2 cups lettuce
- 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese

Directions
- Pour 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® House Italian Dressing over steak in large shallow nonaluminum baking dish or resealable plastic bag. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
- Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil steak, asparagus and shallots, turning once and brushing frequently with 1/4 cup Dressing, 15 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender. Let steak stand 5 minutes, then thinly slice. Toss shallots and asparagus with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing in medium bowl.
- Arrange salad greens on serving platter, then top with steak, asparagus, shallots and cheese.
